Rather than have course dates set in stone at the start of each year here at mountain skills.com, we believe in a professional and flexible approach to best serve our clients needs. Once a provisional booking has been made a booking form will be sent to you via e-mail, which can either be returned  electronically or via the post.


When comparing courses please note our low client to instructor ratios which ensure you receive  the maximum benefit from your time on the hills.


We are happy to supply you with names and addresses of various types of accommodation at the time of booking, however  we are unable to book accommodation on your behalf.


We regret that we are unable to accept children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.


Sadly no one can guarantee the conditions, however all courses are designed to be run whatever the British weather chooses to throw at us and the venue will be carefully chosen to get the most out of the day.


Please note that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions.


Finally clients are strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance, which covers cancellation, the activities to be undertaken and their private property. Please see the British Mountaineering Council  site for insurance here.
